FDA Gluten-Free Labeling Information

It has been years in the making, but on August 5th 2014, the Food and Drug Administration Gluten-Free labeling rule went into effect. Products labeled ‘gluten-free’ must contain less than 20 ppm (parts per million) gluten.  Below are some resources for more information about new labeling rule.
